Well like Mocus said for a subdomain its a fairly good amount and i doubt you'll get more.
So go for it while you can. :)

I will suggest you to go for it because these offers come out sometimes and as the guys said its an subdomain, you cant expect grand for it.
So dont stop and go for it.

depends if it gets any traffic at all.
I bought a subdomain that generated 300 uniques per day.
If it has 0 traffic sell.

#1 rule of selling: always negotiate. If you don't ask for more, you won't get more. The secret is, being able to determine how much more. I would ask for 450 Euro.
