My partners are risking to loose their Dot Ca domains because they're not Canadian residents/citizens.

Is there a "paid solution" to solve this problem once for all ?
I know that foreigners can open a Canadian company but they'll obviously have to pay taxes, we need a local seat/registered address only to use in whois for our Dot Ca domains, we can't pay taxes without profits, we'd not have a local business nor earnings on the Canadian market but simply the legal ownership over some local domains.

Is there any kind of non profit company we might open there which has no tax obligation as long as it has no active business or profit ?
Any other possible solution to our problem would be highly appreciated.

We're looking for "paid help" so, if you know a valid solution to our problem, just PM me thanks.

CIRA is very serious about this.

The slightest wiff of any back room machinations and they will take the domains away, and that might be the least of your worries.

They better be darn good .ca names to be worth trying to do this.
