Wanted: Service I need a server guru.

I am in need of a server guy. My last person I used was great but he wants to move on to something else that is not internet related. I need someone I can contact fast(as in on MSN or possibly phone) and have great expertise in Unix servers. Its not much work, but there are times when I need an upgrade, a fix or some other type of change. I am even thinking about moving to another server and may need that newest optomized. I will pay by hour or how ever you want to be paid.
