I have a WIPO case filed against me and I would like to respond but do not know how to file a response. The last time i responded, they claimed they did not receive it and would not respond quick enough for me to appeal. I was just notified of it on Friday and would like to fight it.

Does anyone know of any past cases where the owner won in cases where the name was like

pepsi.com and that person owned the named oeosi.com and pepsi was after the name. In this example, I do not feel that pepsi has a terrific case...let me know your thoughts.

Thanks in advance!

my advice: consult a lawyer...

yes , I would consult an attorney if you plan to fight, but to answer your question on "have people won" similar" answer is yes . But f the content that your domain pointed to as a landing page or website also was similar then you are up the creek maybe.

Email jberryhill and see what he recommends.
