A hyphenated .net like this one really isn't worth anything.
That said, there are those equally foolish enough to reg just about every other extension of this nonsense, so maybe you should start with them.
If it were me, I'd take whatever someone was willing to offer for it. I don't think you'll get more than mid XX for it.
