I want to start a ppc campaign thru expired domains.
adwords is targeted but pricy. on the other hand, I don't want to pay for bots...

Please share with me some of your experience, or suggestions!!

Sorry, but I did not really understand what you mean. What kind of campaign do you want to start or you mean you want to start PPC company?
