You should ask for The top amount there willing to pay right now and milk out stuff they can dish out for free basically like 5 mac book pros for the family ten ipods for friends and a couple ihome stands for gifts.

If they "keep upping their offer" then just tell apple someone else is gonna buy it for 75k or something and you want to give them the option of purchasing it before it goes to another end user. Honestly I find it hard to believe they would offer MID $xx,xxx and you guys can't come to an agreement if they are trying to buy the domain from you. Catfishy.
