thanks guys. we've put a lot of time into building it but it's really not a core business of ours.... so it seems appropriate to part with it.

tphelan... to answer your question, we do not allow anybody to place their own adsense on the blogs.

maroulis... it's a good deal... if you are interested I would recommend getting in touch asap as 3 other parties have expressed interest since posting.
