URL:

Several URLs are included in the package:
http://www.IBMHardDrives.com (plural)
http://www.IBMHardDrive.com (Singular)
http://www.rjwtechnologies.com

Age of site (months): 5 Years+

Monthly revenue:

$20,667/mo average monthly gross over the last 12 months, from October of 2004 until September of 2005.

Revenue details:

Revenue is partially dependant on marketing expenses of roughly
$250-$500/week.

Average order size is around $90, average cost is around $50 (this varies
slightly)

As an example, September's revenue was $21,320. Profit after product costs
was $9,528 (based on an average order size of $90, that would be closer to
$49 cost, rather than $50) Marketing costs for the month were $1,012.

Total net profit for September: $8,516

Marketing expenses are between $1,000-$2,000 per month, normally closer to
$1,000.

The site is being sold due to the owner's illness. Due to the illness, the owner
has not had time to put any money towards marketing in August, and the
site's revenue was still at $11,793 - in other words, the site's revenue is
not dependant only on paid advertising, but rather search engine traffic,
traffic from past customers, word of mouth, etc.

Monthly page views: Logs available

Traffic details:

Logs available to any serious bidders via PM - access will be given via a
password protected interface to the site's log analyzing service.

Description:

The site focuses primarily on laptop hard drives and parts. It's been profitable
since the year 2000 (5 years).

The site is part of an existing network of sites - RJW Technologies, and is
currently branded accordingly. You will receive ownership of the RJW
Technologies brand
, along with http://www.rjwtechnologies.com

The seller would be glad to stay involved in the business during the first steps
of the new owner, and help with everything needed.

The business runs with one person, working just a few hours a day.

The business includes a customer list for the past 12 months' worth of customers.
The reason for that being - around a year ago the owner's server crashed, and
all customer listings have been lost up to that point. All new customer listings
from that point onwards are available to the new owner though.

$95,000 is the BIN - About 12 months of net profit, EXTREMELY
reasonable for a site established & profitable since the year 2,000.

Lower BIN offers may be negotiated via PM.

Price (or starting bid): $95,000, flexible.

Is an auction?: No

has there been any Trademark problems? I know IBM is not very nice when it comes to dealing with TM issues. Also, what is the primary promotion method? Is it google adwords?

Thanks,
Luc L.

It's through several PPC search engines, I forgot which, but if you're interested I can find out - shoot me a PM or post here.

Regarding TM issues - I'll look into it with the owner and will get back to you on that, but to be honest the domain has been there since 1999 :)
