The ICANN board also approved a plan that could require regional registries to pay the world body more for each address that they register.

Anyone know how much? Does it make sense to add years now?

More proof that Stuart Lynn's, Louis Touton's, Vint Cerf's, and Esther Dyson's collective egos and arrogance knows no bounds. I had hoped the DOC would have nixed such an outrageous power grab.
