I got this in today.

they are removing 3 cents (what a joke) from their 'tax' while of course allowing for much more increases in their contracts.
********************

We are pleased to announce the reduction of the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) regulatory fee from $0.25 to $0.22. ICANN recently approved a new budget that includes a decrease in the fee it charges for every .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz domain name.
As of April 12, NameSecure reduced the ICANN regulatory fee to $0.22 per domain per year from the previous amount of $0.25. On this date, the new price was reflected in the shopping cart.

In addition, the new fee is retroactive dating back to July 1, 2006. We will be adding a credit to your NameSecure account of $0.03 per domain per year for all domains purchased between the July 1, 2006 to April 12, 2007 time frame. For those eligible, you will receive an additional email within the next week informing you of when the credit is available.

NameSecure strives to provide the best value and present upfront pricing to our customers. We appreciate your continued support.

Why is it that so many registrars are charging the 25c still.. surely this has to be breach of contract or at the very least false advertising.
