I own the i prefix for singular and plural of car repair .com

A multi billion dollar industry

icarrepair.com

icarrepairs.com

Right now some of our auto clients get seo links to help their serps from it, just a pair of (i) prefix keywords I owned for years.

I think I remember 'carrepair' .com or the plural being offered at 3M range a while back, a mega car repair chain like goodyear or firestone or sears should be interested in the keyword without a prefix, maybe a 2nd tier repair chain could want a brandable prefix like this. Anyway, it's not developed, it has links to it from a lot of auto clients we did videos for, and car repair and auto repair with 'geo''s are big time ppc keywords, we do buys on them all the time for auto repair clients. So it has some good ppc potential, but we don't bother with that type of stuff (ppc adsense content development). Personally I like major industry keywords with prefixes, i, e, 1, 247, 800.

I'm not an admin.

Good for you. Shame it's not on Google's first page for "car repairs".

Please fire your video editor. The rolling chunky letters are so 1975.

there was a post about car repairs .net

some admin erased it

claiming I don't own it

PAGE ONE and ADONI are all over the domain, but DZ is on the reg, he's part of our network of owners

yeah, we own a ton of auto and car domains

many prefix's and straight keywords

let's see in late 80's my auto software company was booking 100K a day in deals, from auto clients

but I know nothing about auto

hahaha

So if the thread was about carrepairs.net why does your title and actual thread say something different?

Don't see how the i.com names has anything to do with the .net?

no, the thread was about a prefix for a billion dollar keyword 'car repairs'

anyone knows a billion dollar industry keyword is worth bucks, since you have thousands of car repair shops buying it all over the world via PPC and a few national companies that would want it

anyway, when someone made moronic comments about it's value (which I think were erased), I said well WE OWN THIS, the actual billion dollar industry keyword in a .net

so, the keyword .com and .net are most relevant to any proper appraisal, but some admin erased my post claiming that I don't own it, even though PAGE ONE and ADONI VIDEO is all over the web site

so car repairs is the keyword, it's a major industry around the world, and I've been a software developer for the auto industry for over two decades and I now have a ton of new clients all buying ppc who are car repair mechanics

so icarrepairs.com and carrepairs.net are just two of dozens of car/auto related keywords we own

you determine prefix values based on what the actual keywords are worth

carrepairs.net was just acquired by my group, there's a few of us in the group and we own many thousands of keywords

it was a private acquisition, I did the deal personally, so me and the former owner are the only two people who can say what it sold for

now, to properly discuss the value of icarrepairs you need to know how it's starting to be used and why it was acquired and yes, car repairs.net is part of the development package for icarrepairs

my newest company is doing a ton of ppc/sem/seo/web-video/domain-acquisition for small to mid sized businesses in a major geo market, a lot of it is in car repair clients, so new car/auto portals are going to be created to aid IF NEEDED our care repair clients seo needs, the problem is, we dont' really need car portals to pop local car repair guys, we thought we may need it, since the industry was dominated by serps including all the big directories, so conventional wisdom thought we may have to create a new auto related portal or two to pop our SEO work over YLP and other directories clogging up page one serps for local auto guys

well, as usual my SEO skills destroyed the directories serp position, so now all my clients are getting page one serps and I didn't even have to play around with creating new portals for 'car repairs'

but, they're a potential extra 'seo' revenue stream for us (icar and car net), since we now have a bunch of car repair sem/seo/ppc clients in one small geo area and since we have 200+ future geo markets about to launch (we have all the keywords already), such an industry specific portal could be very valuable as a 'sales crutch' to obtain new car repair clients where I'm not known

Most of my car clients in my new market beta test, are clients from over 20 years ago, they bought my old management software for the auto repair industry, so they knew I could do whatever I told them I would and they signed up in a beta market and bingo, they're all page one now with no need for links from the icar and car .net sites

Yet, in the big picture, in markets I never sold my auto software in, future sales reps will be targeting car repair guys and those names will be developed as part of the SEO sales strategy as to why they should have us do their sem/seo work

Basically, look at page one for car repairs in (new market), it's almost all directories like YLP, here's where we have clients, see how the directories are all page two now, well the sales reps will pointing to car repairs portals as 'why' and not saying look the guy doing the seo for those other page one serps actually wrote one of the first books on SEO and all the SEO gurus READ HIS BOOKS and oh, he's called the SEO GOD in some media stories

hahaha

so, 'use' is a big factor in doing an appraisal and as you can see, I'm a future END USER of car repair names, like auto dealer names and lawyer names and doctor names and all the other major industries that fuel the economy, since my ppc/sem/seo clients are in all the traditional businesses, so business keyword portals will be used as part of my overall 'package' to new clients

so industry portal keywords are valuable to me, but I doubt they will eve be developed by me, since I can do seo for any local business and pop it over a directory no problem, as I proved the last few months in SFL, and I'll probably be retired again real soon

now, if a public company doesn't buy out my new venture, then, icar or car .net will be developed so sales reps in other markets can point to it and show how in other markets all the guys on PAGE ONE in that market are on icarrepairs or carrepairs.net

so, for portal development, which it will eventually be, what's the value?

for pure keyword value what's the value?

all this 'info' is necessary for anyone to do a proper appraisal on it

I'm an actual end user for the names, but, I'm only involved in this new project to make the numbers huge based on my skills, and then I sell the 'model' and batch of domains off to goog, or yhoo or whoever has the cash I want for it

the beta market is a complete success, all our clients are enjoying page one serps, now we're looking for medallion owners in all the major markets to copy our proven new model, they get to say they're part of PAGE ONE and they get to say they operate the GEO portal we have ready to lauch in every major market around the world, example, canadas net .com, englands net .com, germanys net.com, spains net.com, mexicos net.com

I own them all and that's why I created a new geo video portal to showcase my local clients with video production and seo work who also buy domains from us and have us manage their SEM

imagine that, I have seven revenue streams from all my new clients, you think goog or yhoo wants to take a look?

they sure do

hahaha

The appraisal is for domain names: iCarRepair.com and iCarRepairs.com...

Yes, iCarRepairs.com is good for search engine results for the term "car repairs", but so is any other letter from a-z at the start (or end) of any key search term, and on any tld.

My opinion is $0 domain value for iCarRepairs.com undeveloped, and any name is worth something developed... anyone can get a name with the same keyword worth as this for reg fee, that is why the name has little or no value (undeveloped).

$0

Worth as much as "Y-car-repairs.biz", since the only thing it's possibly useful for is SEO, and that would work as well, or better.

The e or i prefix are only worth anything for online services, and I can't repair my car online. (Perhaps you could set it up as a phtoshopping biz, where people would mail in pics of their wrecked car, and you "repair" it in photoshop... but that's the only thing I can think of.)

A directory is the way to go. When your car is smashed or not working you need a quick way to find a local mechanic.

You keep mentioning PAGE ONE for "car repairs" but you can't scale that business model on one search phrase. What are doing, buying TOWN + KEYWORD + COM for all your clients, well that will look impressive getting PAGE ONE for "oatsville car repairs" but who searches for it? It would get more type in traffic than from SEs.

For someone who offers $10M a year and had 6 Alexa top 1000 sites your current business sure is an obscure niche.

I think its worth $500 to low $1,xxx as RickLatona(dot)com are selling lots of iDomain.com in the range above.

Unless if the iDomain.com is one word domain, it may be appraised higher like iReport.com sold for $750k ! :)

haha PAGE ONE for geo and Keyword is the whole ppc industry, again, someone who does porn trying to talk about what they don't know, who buys car repairs as a keyword, a national auto center, maybe 100 of them, let's see, in new jersey there's 5K car repair businesses so newjersey+carrepairs is something that describes 5K businesses and only 10 can be sponsors on PAGE ONE of serps for that phrase and only 10 can be on organic serps, so of course some porn peddlar doesn't see how a SEO/SEM/video-production company can generate 10m+ in a country level or state level domain for 'geo keywords' they have no value in his porn mind, but in the real world, anyone in seo/sem knows GEO keywords is where most of the action is, since you have way more GEO centered businesses than national or global businesses for major industries, you have how many car manufacturers and how many dealers and then how many car repair shops and brake specialists and muffler specialists and tire dealers. GEO ppc is the majority of the PPC industry, not national keywords as porn peddlar thinks is the only game, GEO KEYWORDS, that is the market.

Let's see, I have small local clients that spend 10K+ a month in sem alone, my fees are 15%, so 1500 per month FROM ONE CLIENT in one 'niche' as you claim, my average client spends a minimum of 300 per month fees TO ME to get page one just in my various fees and then they spend X dollars with the SE's in SEM accounts I manage for a minimum fee or 15% if their budget is large enough, and by having a SEM account for me to manage with the big boys I then also do their SEO work, you want SEO work from me and no SEM account management, I say PASS, you want page one, I get it, two spots for you, a SEM sponsor spot and an organic SEO spot, minimum monthly fees 300, and some pay me 2K or more PER MONTH to manage their seo/sem. So let's say 300 X howmany clients per month = 800K in fees per month (10M per year), not even 3000 clients, and remember, some of the bigger clients pay 2K in monthly fees to me, so 2K mixed clients in a major market will throw off 800K per month or 10M range per year in seo/sem fees, plus all the start up income to get involved with my company, I get 5K to 10K to even put someone on my seo/sem board, anyway, the numbers are real, a small sales team can create 10M+ in a major market easily per year. I'm not in a major market and I'm doing a ton of business. SFL is a 'nice market' but it's not NY or LA or Dallas, etc.

so, using a car repair portal to do geo sub domains and industry specific subs within it, like auto body, or tires or towing or whatever, is a simple way to create many more revenue streams related to 'car repairs' that are not car repairs, but related, and since car repairs is one of the major industries in the USA, having a seo/sem company OWN IT AND OPERATE IT means it has big time development potential within my company, but, it's on the back burner, global expansion of my new seo/sem business model is the top priority, so, that's the medallion deal I just started to offer

so, the porn peddlar says he can't see how a geo centric seo/sem company can generate 10M per year in revenue, let's see, NEWYORK is an easy 10M+ geo centric medallion my company is offering, lawyers, doctors, auto dealers, car repair shops, realtors, restaurants, night clubs, we actually target 100 major industries in every market and each market has a GEO VIDEO PORTAL as a 'hook' to show off to clients all the new video clients we get, and then we explain how video content at youtube is now one of the main things any company has to do to become relevant at google since they spent 5 billion buying youtube, so we show them how all our clients have the same thing, PAGE ONE youtube position for their videos, their video on their front door and their video on our new geo video portal IN THAT MARKET, then we explain the start up fees are 5K to 10K or more just to put them ON THE BOARD, and then the monthly fees start at 300 a month and can easily be way more, it depends on their SEM budge that we then manage for them. the medallion rights start at NEWYORK the state a 'territory', then you have newyorkcity, the five boroughs, all the top areas in NY like Long Island, Syracuse, Buffalo, etc.

So, you have 100 industries and maybe 25 or so geo areas within the master medallion area (new york state) and you have 10 clients in each industry so the math is 10 clients X 100 Industries X 25 or so regions or 25K potential businesses, less than 10% of the 'potential' of NY is 2000 clients, and that is 10M+ a year, so the real potential of a territory like NY is 100M, and I'm only showing 10M or a fraction of the real upside to what I'm doing

What I've done in my beta market is the complete domination of ppc/sem and seo for my clients, THE ONLY BUSINESSES now on PAGE ONE for some major terms in my beta market ARE MY CLIENTS, 4 months ago they were all from YLP, RL and EL, now I DOMINATE PAGE ONE and the big companies are taking notice, look at PAGE ONE kick the cr*p out of all the other companies in SFL for this word or that word, what's going on in SFL?

hahaha, so, you want PAGE ONE in my market I'm it, if you want to get PAGE ONE for say tires or brakes or rims or wheels etc, YOU USE MY COMPANY or you can't break page one now, six months ago no small companies could touch PAGE ONE, it was completely taken by serps and sponsor ads from directories and resellers, now my clients are showing up and the resellers and directories are all falling off of PAGE ONE

In other words, I'm the best at what I do, I GUARANTEE PAGE ONE for my clients and I deliver it cheaper than resellers can, and now my new business model is set and keywords like car repairs etc, is just part of the package, anyway, since someone is spewing bs about my business in my SIG, I'm allowed to defend it, again porn peddlar, a person like you need not apply for a medallion, I don't need porn peddlars that have NO CLUE as to what moves the whole PPC industry, while most industries have a few national or global players for keyword buys, most ppc buyers of business terms are geo centered with local players, example in a major city, you have doctors and lawyers THOUSANDS OF THEM, guess what, they all want PAGE ONE, and there's only 10 sponsors and 10 organic serps that are available. So geo keywords end up costing way more than the keyword, yet porn peddlar sees no money in geo keywords for ppc, hahaha, so why don't you stop posting in my threads porn peddlar, you know nothing about the stuff you're trying to comment on.

So, that's the 'new media marketing industry' and I have the complete package to dominate PAGE ONE, and that is what my medallion offer you're dishing is about, I opened a beta market in SFL and now I OWN THE MARKET and I did it in a few short months, anyway, in a short time YHOO or GOOG will buy the new company, since I'm kicking the butt of some major names down here, taking all their business away from them, I target clients of companies like reachlocal and elocal etc and yellowpages

I show their clients how they're getting RIPPED OFF, and then I show them my clients who used to use YLP and RL and EL and they tell them all the same thing, those companies had them paying 5 to 10 bucks a click for their internet leads, since those companies are RESELLERS of page one clicks

Me, I created a wholesale industry of PAGE ONE clicks and now I'm knocking off page one all the rip off resellers, YLP, RL and EL etc

So you want to tell me a major market like NY or California or Canada or England can't do 10M+ a year, hahaha, you have no clue

stick to porn, porn peddlar and stop posting LIES in my threads

If you are doing so well in the industry you should be able to afford a premium keyword .com too, instead of a $7 domain.

What you're saying is a fine idea for a site... The 2 word i's and e's rarely sell, and this one makes no more sense with the i than any other letter or number really.

With enough SEO you can make any domain name outrank a premium key term .com (like AutoRepair/s.com or CarRepair/s.com).

Let's see icarrepairs.com has been owned by adoni for how many years?

carrepairs.net was just acquired by one of the adoni group principals

an i or e prefix major industry domain name is not a 7 dollar domain name, and acquiring a billion dollar industry .net industry keyword shows you how well adoni is doing

all I see are attacks on adoni in this thread and NO APPRIASALS
