Sorry my mistake - "It's from the movie Desperate Living, that version edited to R rating (us) so to answer your question no this is not illegal."

In that case maybe should should consider removing the *copyrighted* movie? Do you have formal permission from the copyright holder to host this scene on the page?

Maybe others should PM him about issues on the site rather than post them here and destroy his sale - just a suggestion.

Yeh I hear you, and under normal circumstances I would agree. BUT I find the content on his site offensive and I object to webmasters using (what looks like) kiddy porn as a cheap traffic generating tequnique. I hope other webmasters will not follow in his footsteps. BTW, "No content that is considered racist, obscene or objectionable will be tolerated". (This includes videos of "The children [are] having sex!")
