What is an IDDrive? Easy to explain. They are portable usb drives that are secure in the fact that they need a thumbprint to access that data stored on them. Thats pure security.
Because no two people have identical finger prints, the drive's contents can only be accessed when an authorized user slides a finger across the scanner's surface.
They are becoming more and more popular within the Government and Corporate world for transportation of critical data because they are not using the internet to transmit such data.
