I do like this idea, and it is on my list. But I currently have two problems. I assume people would only want to be able to use the template themselves and not let other people use it, which we can't currently do based on how everything is setup right this second. And the second part somebody mentioned was the copyright issue, we have a lot of lawyers in our company and they are always concerned about things and this is one of them.

Personally, I would like to have it available before the next conference in 3 weeks, but it depends on how a few other things work out.

However.. what I would love to see is "Build yourself parked" whereas we could upload a CSS file that could change the look of the site to our own visual.

And did anyone mention POPUNDERs? I feel we are loosing out on some good rev share from entry traffic. I would even settle for a CPM banner.

A Parked Affiliate Link on EVERY page. (bring on the signups)
Maybe even a section where one could list 15 related domains for sale, with direct sales link.
