I just got a C&D, which I haven't got for a long time. I really should have dumped this domain a while ago, since it has little worth and only a liability.

The company is a major company, which has lost numerous domain decisions, and I assume won quite a few as well. They are quite agressive.

The main issue is they're threatening going to civil court. They asked me for some really stupid things. How much money I've earned, which was less then registration expenses, extremely light traffic. Statements from my accountant regarding income, etc. In order to determine the amount of damage fees.

I do have a reasonable case though since the name is generic, with few meanings, as well as some other claims I have in mind.

I responded, with I'll be happy to give your client the domain provided you:
1. Provide proof that you're representing the supposed client,
2. tell me how you'd like me to transfer the domain,
3. have no further claims.

Anyone have experiences with IDN cases?
