From my previous checks, Arab countries/capital cities .COMs (i took the last capital city - Muscat, and could only get Israel in Arabic) were all taken 2 mths ago, and .net mostly taken by the middle of last month.

To verify, just check US OVT, countries name should get OVT of at least 500-2000.
