Yes.... I currently use NameDrive. I believe Parkingsite recently set up there service for IDN domains also.

Depends on the language of domain you need to park but generally you can park IDN domains with almost each parking service.
Afternic.com supports great number of languages.

the advantage of namedrive.com is that it displays the idn as unicode instead of the punycode, which is nice.
