IFLimits is an Invision Board huge (9700 members) free resources forum/community. We offer free Skins, Graphics & Mods for the Invision forum board. Offering a huge database of free skins and graphic sets. The site runs itself with a dedicated group of staff including 3 admins, skinners, graphic designers and support gurus. All the staff will stay, they are extremely enthusiastic about their community
I have only just placed adsense on so there are no stats for that. I do though think that selling ad space would be a lot more productive than google ads, as their ads show some strange stuff like beauty (skins) Although I am no SEO expert so maybe you know better.
IFLimits has a Gallery, an Arcade and chat rooms
I see the IFL community as a fulcrum to move forward with its member base. I have also just last week introduced a free forum setup (freeinvision.com) Already 180 forums have been created. This too is new so ready to take forward with ads etc.

Around 400 - 600 uniques daily but improving
Average member age 12 - 25

Overview....
The forum is not earning anything substantial at all but thats because Its not been tried. A single Google text ad was only recently added so I cannot even comment on earnings. Advertising was basically not intended but now that its got so big only a fool would ignore the possibilities. I am not selling the community as an established earner more like an established memberbase with huge potential for someone to commercially exploit.
Price - looking for sensible offers but will not let go for silly figures. Just try me
