Looking for mid to high x,xxx offers on this domain. The domain gets excellent traffic with 1-3k uniques per day. Can provide stats. At this time not much revenue is being generated because the owner hasn't really done alot with it. There is no TM.

If you are interested you can post or pm me with your offer. Seller will accept PayPal (prefer mass pay), Wire or Escrow (they will split the fees)

Melly after this small email exchange we had I want to give you an advice(respecting your broker services), next time you put up a sale as broker like this one you should let us know where the traffic comes from.
Stats that you sent me show nothing about it, apparently seller doesnt want to send google analytics or doesnt have them available as you emailed me back.

In any case I know that seller has a revelant twitter account with tens of thousands of followers, thats a good source of traffic either from clicks either from google search engine results since Google surely relates his thousand of followers to the website bringing it higher is se's results.

I ve asked if twitter account is included since seems to be an important, if not the most important, source of traffic you posted(1k-4k per day).
Your reply was that it can be included for a higher price and I find this a bit annoying because you are selling a website/domain with traffic and you dont sell the source of the traffic.

That means in case I buy the website/domain and twitter account changes the website url I ll have zero traffic in no time.

As I mentioned in my last email you should either correct the traffic numbers showing only any type ins, which wont fade away, or at least ask your seller to send his BIN for the whole domain/website/twitter project.

Selling a website/domain with traffic that comes from a source that is not included is wrong.

Actually the website was not included just the domain. Had a couple buyers ask about the site & twitter account in which he said could be added in with a higher price. However, I understand were you are coming from thanks for the post.

The domain still gets 1 - 2k or so uniques per day if you don't count the website. The website really doesn't have alot to do with it. Its 50% search traffic and the other 50% comes from a variety of methods such as the twitter account, advertising, website etc. Most traffic is from the USA.

50% type-ins, how many is that exactly - Is the seller willing to guarantee that?

Alexa shows 50% of traffic comes from Google searches, the rest from twitter.

Melly,

This statement does not sound like 50% is from typein;

Sounds like almost none is typein?

Melly,

Unless you provide google analytics for this domain, no one in their right mind would touch this. You mention above, some traffic comes from website - irrelevant - since the domain is being sold without the website, some traffic is coming from twitter - irrelevant - since the site is not coming with twitter account. Some from advertising - irrelevant - since advertising will come to a screeching halt

Just the RELEVANT facts please.
