Is it possible for you to send me a screenshot of payment for this domain via PayPal?Also i just updated whois organisation name from widedesigns to " widedesigns(sale@dnf)"
hope the change will reflect soon
If someone else stole it from you and he purchased it legitimately from him, then there is nothing we can do about it or get involved in. Please sort this matter between yourself using legal channels you have (read: wipo) or direct negotiation. The domain is in his account (So he can change the whois), but the person who sold it to him wasn't the owner of the domain (I am).
I am going down the route of a internic domain dispute, and will take legal action to get this (and yevt.com) back.
I am trying to get this resolved with ipower (where the domain was, and where someone transfered it out of it), but they are very hard to work with.
Just to make this clear (as widedesigns doesn't seem to realise what it means), I will be resolving this via internic & both registrars involved. I have spoken to several people, including a laywer specialising in internet/domain issues, and have enough proof to get this sorted. If you buy this domain from widedesigns you will lose it. It isn't his to sell, and he knows it (But is just trying to make a quick sale)

As far as the technicality of this sale is concerned, it can go ahead.
That is an agreement between you and the seller -- how you work it out is up to you and not something we can interfere in.Based on a PM from deadmoon saying in part this: ".....person who sold it to me, bought it from someone else. This someone else somehow had the domain in his control panel at ipower (As well as it being under mine)." ...therefore, IMO it seems like a highly questionable WIPO case since it was a joint acct and either one could likely sell it without registrar required authority of both owners/partners barring a seperate agreement they may have so I am buying the name and ask that it first be transferred (not a push) to my Moniker acct and as soon as it gets in my acct I will pay by PayPal. Please send my by PM or email the Domainsite transfer auth code and unlock the name. Thanks. Does this sound reasonable?
