I have finally decided to sell my largest and highest traffic domain to someone who can profit from it.

ihatedell.net - pm serious offers only.

Number 1 in google for dell sucks and etc.
Over 1000 pages link to it.
Over 6000 uniques monthly.
Over 10,000 articles in the forums.
Over 4000 registered members.

I really do not know how to make money with it. I started adsense 2-3 weeks ago and made over $10 so far... one of you domain name gurus should be able to make a killing with it.

TM is not an issue. Dell cannot trademark a term and it's a 1st. amendment case if they try to shut it down. I have already dealt with their attorneys and was told they couldn't do anything about the forum!

I was told buy a local lawyer that companies cannot tm a term about their tm name. ie: if you say dell sucks, you would have to back up that claim, but to say that you hate a company is a first amendment right.

Dell legal threatened me when I left the company because of a photoshopped image of Mikey. That was the only thing they could/would attempt to sue me for. I was told later by the same attorney that Mr. Dell is a public figure and couldn't sue me for the pics.

I asked their legal dept. why they were not trying to shut it down and was told that they legally couldn't do anything unless I was posting confidential company info and etc.

Please pm offers. I don't know why it's slow today, but usually it loads very fast. I have had some issues with my current provider.

Of course when you buy it, you will be moving it to your own, hopefully faster servers.
