If I were you, I would:
. keep a few names (I bet chicagosexy gets a few revenues...)
. develop 1 or 2 names (LA-surgery could be a directory or something)
. sell the others for cheap.
Do the math: you sell, say, 30 names for $10-20 bucks each (it can work if you sell them as a package), you easily get $300. Then you use this money to buy decent names. In this forum alone, you can easily find (very) good names for $100 a piece (or less).
I really think it's better to have 5 good names than 200 crappy ones (but that's my humble opinion
