Hi Guys,

I have with me an image hosting business that I am looking to sell. It has a great domain name and brandable face. Its called "Your Image Host" located at http://www.yourimagehost.com . It features a very strong and unique and user panel and admin backend purchased from a programmer. The site itself has been established only a couple months ago, in March. From there I have seen substantial growth in traffic and users.

Here is all of the technical information:

- Traffic: 10k+ Uniques last month, more predicted this month
- Marketleap shows 136 backlinks
- Formerly Google PR5 until penalized for whatever reason, I’m not concerned about that though, it can be gained back.
- Approximately 600+ registered members, unsure how many exactly are active. 5 subscribed Power plan members, 13 subscribed Starter plan members.
- 10 GB Bandwidth transfer used for last month

Almost EVERYTHING is customizable in the admin panel, including plans, title tags, news, pages, etc. Almost everything is fully automated. Once a paid member subscribes, all you need to do is confirm their payment and set them up in the admin panel. Sale includes everything:

- Paypal Sales Account (?)
- All files, images belonging to users

Hmm, lets see. Currently there are 4 power plan members and 14 starters. At $4.99/month the power plan members rake in about $24.95, starters bring in $27.86, totalling a revenue of $52.81 minus Paypal fees per month! Growing steadily, if you so choose to change the plans and pricing structure, thats up to you.

Is the user and admin control panel is custom coded or using a commercial script? If it is custom coded , exclussive rights to the control panel included as part of the sale?

Hi Ajiabs, the user cp and admin aren't custom coded, so I can't give you exclusive rights to the script since I'm not the programmer! Although, I did have the affiliate section programmed for extra, so that would be included with the site as whole.
