Wanted: Service In New York City?

A company that owns several nightclubs in New Yor City is interested in a partnership with a site I own www.clubshowcase.com . This company would like to do some promotions with the site online and offline. They are very persistent in working with a local person but they want to work with my site.

I'm either looking for someone who is in the area and would like to work out this deal and take a large percentage of the profits, or buy the site outright at a decent price, working this deal out and me be done with it all together. If interested in either let me know.
