This is my first attempt to get an appraisal from this forum, so I hope someone can help me out.

I would like an appraisal for IndividualHealthInsurance.com

Right now the phrase "individual health insurance" has a top bid of $2.53 per click on Overture and their search term suggestion tool shows 101,892 searches in August for that phrase.

The site has averaged 84 unique visitors per day based on stats from the past 12 months.

Maybe point it to an insurance or health sales affiliate get a few $$$$$$$

I'm pretty sure your traffic is from links and search engines and pretty much none of it comes from type ins. Best to develop this as an affiiliate site to generate a positive income until an insurance company decides they would like to own this name. That day may never come but at least you have an asset rather than a liability.

You are right -- type ins account for about 10% of the traffic.

I've been doing the affiliate thing with this domain and the site does fairly well, so I guess I'll just keep things as is
