I have seen a .info domain name that will be dropping sometime in the future and I would like to catch it.

If someone would kindly PM me the most efficient platform for catching a .info domain, I would readily broker your best domain name for free to the top end users (rock solid references available upon request).

As many as possible since the only one that catches it will bill you.

Pool.com
Snapnames.com
NameJet.com
etc...

Any other drop service (GoDaddy usually can't even catch a domain that they are dropping so I wouldn't bother with them, plus you pay for it with them and if they don't get it you only get a credit).

(No need for a PM since this is common knowledge). You can also try to hand-register it yourself with the registrar of your choice, but that is your least successful chance.
