These are all cool ones(most of them), they can be turned into great mini sites with real useful information.

I have a question though, I have some .info's most of them are very popular single/double words I tried to do mini sites on 4 of them and I noticed however I seo them, results are mild. Not sure why.

all the names make great sense with the extension, and I can see small minisites on them very easily..whatever you're planning to do, it sounds definitely interesting.

Some say that Google discounts the value of .INFO domains. Some proved it. I personally didnt see it, I tried SEOing .INFO domains and they did ALMOST as good as .COMs...

Bottom line, I believe you should keep going and It'll go ok...

Regarding the appraisal :) :

I am having a Terrible difficulty selling .INFO domains unless they were premium... 1 word, high valued. I dont really know whats going on? is it loosing interest?

The .info isnt a very well known extention yet. Ask your friends, maybe even your family and from my end, most of the people havent even heard of them.

We can agree that the internet is filled with information... and I dont know as a fact, but I would guess that the internet is based more on information, rather then sales or commerce ( excluding non developed names, such as parked names.) The .info extention is without a doubt becoming more popular. End users are getting ahold of them, developers are getting ahold of them. Im not going to speculate. I see future value, which is why I've devoted most of my time into the .info for the past 6 months to a year. There are people that dont believe value will increase, others think only in premium names.

Only time will tell... Sure you can try for a sale now... but those threads may be looked back on in shock.

To add on regarding SEO, not many .info names are developed... Development is increasing, but still a majority of names are left either parked or redirected. I think once development picks up more, you will see better optimization. As in a whole, developed sites are more relevant to what the person may be searching for.

Some of them aren't too bad, but you would really need to develop them to be of any real value to an enduser.

Regarding SEO, Google doesn't discriminate based on extension. I have some very good ranking .info

I think you've made some good choices. When I was building my .info portfolio I considered overall keyword popularity (ie combo of Google uniques and Overture) but also goodness of fit with the extension and likelihood of making money out of providing information on the keyword. It's the last 2 rules that make the difference because everybody looks up the word or phrase on Google and Overture.

To assess goodness of fit with the extension I put the keyword into Google with either info or information after it in speech marks. I also put the keyword into Google with info or information separately, ie not in speech marks, to see how many times the keyword and the word info or information appear on the same page. Goodness of fit with the extension is critical for any alternative extension. Ringtones.mobi selling for $145,000 is a good example.

The ability to make money out of providing info on the keyword is more PPC based. For example, StudentLoan.info or DebtConsolidation.info work well on this score. The downside with PPC is the top paying keyowrds aren't necessarily brandable, flexible, or memorable.

From a money making angle, I think .info works well for comparison sites because if people want to compare something, they are more likely to spend money when they get the information they are looking for than if they are just surfing or window shopping. I bought Rates.info, Prices.info, Premiums.info, and Tariffs.info with this in mind. I opted for the plurals because they imply the site will be comparing more than one of something.

I think there are a few very nice ones there! My favorites:

vehiclesafety.info
weblinks.info
rapartists.info
adoptioncenters.info
droplists.info

Good luck with them. :)

With .info, development is a must. Not many people besides domainers know about them, so traffic is heavily weighed upon search engine traffic. I can say Google values .info the same as .com. The ones I have developed have made it to the first page of Google within the first several results, occasionally beating out the .com.
