.info problem

My account is a mess.
I can't renew .info domains. When I try to renew them either they become inactive or get unlocked. I haven't received serious reply even though I have send cc to Monte for every email I send to support.
I got charged for a few domains twice.

When will this be fixed?

I have also asked support to send me all my domains with auth codes. No reply.

Problem still alive...after weeks of "we are looking into it"...
More domains failed to renew, more domains got unlocked, control panel is showing the wrong expiration dates... Nightmare...
Moniker should change their name to Mauctioniker cause they have become worthless as a registrar.

The phone works best. They fixed most of my problems, when I have them, right then.

I agree the email support needs real attention.

I am NOT experiencing the unlocked names, wrong exp. dates, etc.

Nothing re-newing for a few weeks so don't know about that.

When you go to their home page you will see in red text at the top

"The central registry for .info domains is currently experiencing technical problems and is under going Maintenance."

For the past month? I don't think so...

Also about the phone...
I live in Greece so calling to the US is a bit expensive. I called twice, left 2 messages but noone called back.

Use Skype or a similar service, calls will be charged at the local rate.
