Information about trademark

Hi all,

For a reason I don't understand, I can't go on the trademark section. I'd like to know what should I do to trademark a name and a logo in Us and Canada. How much does it cost and how long is it to get it. Do I have protection in others countries if I register only in Us and Canada? Is there something else I should know? Tank you in advance!

As Platinum you can access the Domain Name Legal Issues forum and the Domain Lawyers forum (towards the bottom of the forum view page) Both have some good reads, go to some of the older threads also. But you'd need to become Exclusive for the TM forum in the Exclusive section as you already know
