There are a few good possibilities for development.
Edited to add: If the words were reversed, "Encryption Information", it would suggest that your site would provide information about encryption. Though, as it reads "Information Encryption", it would suggest that your site would provide a means to data encryption. Also, the first two letters of each word are a great brandable catch phrase for an encryption product...."IN EN"
