i have developed one of my names and made it a website to store my domains names and to sell some of them.I have got rid of the pop-ups ,and have put logos on all my names listed.I would like to know if it will help the value on that name and some of the ones listed ,

I'd change the file names from the Flaming Text defaults, and use shorter directory names with underscore breaks. This could help you with search engine placement.

You should also remember that some surfers turn of java to cut out popups. If you rely on Java to provide linking, they won't be able to use it. You may think this is stupid, but they are potential customers.
