b) is it possible to know all domains parked to a precise DNS again if yes how

I think it's only possible to know all domains with a certain DNS. You have to search in the zone file: http://verisign-grs.com/tld/

yeah, Hellstrom is right... you can search by DNS, not email unless you have hammered all whois data or have access to it
