as far as I know, there is a trademark on the term creditreport, not only that, I know they are enforcing it in a very aggressive manner..and the word "instant" doesnt really make it different..thats like saying instantyahoo,

I'd have thought 'credit report' was a very generic term - like 'bank statement'...

Credit report is not a Tm it is a huge business .

search the uspto and you will know many businesses use this term.

Its a great name true vale is in the development though
