I "settled" with Seville. Got some of my money back.

Just a note to people when they post domains: if you claim your traffic is "type-in", understand that there should be a good reason for "type-ins" to disappear over night.

When buying type-in, just request to host the domain for three days. That doesn't mean the seller has to transfer it to you, just change the DNS.

Dude, go back and read ALL of my multiple posts in the start of this thread and you will learn how to NOT have this happen again, everyone said I was being harsh or rude, etc. but when you get the run around and don't have any stats and the name is'nt something obviously good & with NO overture with ext ranking (which almost all good "type-ins" have) then chances are that you are wasting your time and money, next time listen to mocus. :-)

I TOLD YOU SO! :ok:

Chris

Ps- how much of the money did you get back? should be all of it for faulty advertising...umm FRAUD really..I have watched this seville dude since he got here on DNF and everything up to this point has been suspect imo.

For the record, I never suggested that you were wrong. I got $300 back. My other option was to try going through PayPal, but slim chance on that side. So a $400 lesson.

if you paid through paypal you can put in a dispute.. they usually dont honor domains or intangible items but they will in most cases where the item you recieved was different then described... do not dispute the fact that you did not get the name dispute the fact that is was different then agreed upon.. also anyone know the law on for the amount it has to be in order to be a felony when a transaction is made online?

I wanted to get the stats from ParkingSite that he used as proof of traffic, but I couldn't get CS-Admin to give those to me.

Man more and more scammers lately!
Although some people think it is a waste of time I think it is important that you place his name in the "People to avoid dealing with" section so others wont end up getting scammed.
