Hello all,

My name is Christian Hunter, I have virtually no experience in selling domains (have sold just a few), and am really struggling with a proper valuation for HomeX.com, a domain I bought about 3 years ago.

I've been developing it VERY SLOWLY as a niche homes-for-sale site, but get a lot of traffic from those looking for HomeX.com.mx (which is a multi-billion dollar international corp.). Part of me is curious why they haven't tried to purchase it, though that's not my exit strategy of course!

Anyhow, I'd really love and appreciate any thoughts as to the value of the domain from experienced domainers like yourselves. If the price is right, I'm ready to sell...
