International Buyers- Outbound Techniques

I assume most people in the forums do outbound to companies in North America mostly. But how about the rest of the world? Chinese and European markets are as strong as ever now, and I feel as though there isn't as much discussion about outbound techniques to those regions.

Anybody would like to share what's worked for them?
