Internext FL Adult List posted

I got an email from Moniker requesting authorization for Internext auction.
The thing is I have only one domain listed in silent auction.
Is it good or bad? Or is it just standard procedure for every domain listed...?

So...is anybody going and is anyone available to feed us live info from the auction floor?

I think I saw it somewhere in the auction pages that webmasterradio.fm is covering the event live. That could have been TRAFFIC though.

The more you have listed, the more likely one will sell, and Yes, it is standard procedure to send an authorization to the email address on record, I received 3 myself today for 12 domains, 1 made it to live.

Good luck with your domain.

I also received an e-mail with authorization request today. The problem is that some domains were not included to the request even though they were accepted and are currently listed in the auction inventory. I do not see any whois problems with the domains missed. So I wonder what happened.... Will they auction the domains if I was not provided with an opportunity to approve the authorization request?

I received 2 messages, one for my live domains and one for silent. The notices came directly from my sales rep at Moniker and all my names were on there, so I imagine whomever your sales rep is should be able to answer your question.

Moniker explained that "On top of the automatic Authorization emails, we do manual checks as well, any domain that does not check via either of these methods will receive direct contact from us. All domains Selected for auction will be included, unless we identify a problem". Hope it would be indeed the case with my missed domains...

I'm very excited that I actually got a bunch of my domains accepted - including 7 for the Live Auction! I'm dying to know if there will be a web broadcast of the live auction so I can listen in. This is my first experience with having domains at auction and I'm on pins and needles waiting to see what will happen...

So far no one has said anything. You may just have to monitor the auction homepage on Moniker.com. They usually post the sales during the auction. But if I were you, I'd plan on doing something else at that time and just checking it at 6:00 pm for results.

ack - how nerve-wracking! I was so hoping to be able to hear the Internext auction Live like the way it is broadcast on webmaster radio for TRAFFIC conferences.

Hopefully maybe someone at the live auction will create a thread on here to keep all of us who are dying to know the details informed on a domain by domain basis??? I've seen lots of threads like that for TRAFFIC auctions - don't know if Internext is by its very nature a whole different beast..

I spoke with a Moniker rep yesterday who said the company they had a deal with to do a live broadcast with backed out 2 hours prior, leaving them scrambling. It doesn't look like there's gonna be live coverage to listen to -- anyone at Internext wanna post a blow-by-blow (no pun intended) of bidding at the live auction?

15 minutes until it starts... good luck everyone!!!!!!!!

What can't be right?

Is the Live over? I can't tell since audio isn't working.

Anyone have access to see if there are any bids in Silent?

What can't be right?

Besides the names selling for dirt cheap, the number of sales is extremely low, 24 names sold out of 300? unbelievable, the auctioneer must of worn out the word "Pass"

If this list is correct, this has to go down as one of the worst Moniker auctions ever.

I was disappointed with the outcome of the Live as well but without being at Internext I can't say what went wrong. I have no idea how many bidders showed up this time, maybe a lot less than the nighttime auction they had in Vegas? Were reserves too high or so low that bidders figured they were no good?

59 out of 255 is still roughly 23% sold. I don't remember what the percentage was for the Vegas auction. $600,000 this time versus $2 million last time. Maybe it is just not a buying season. Maybe the moon isn't in the 7th house or Jupiter is aligned with Mars. I didn't do nearly as good as I did in Vegas. Had the radio broadcast worked, maybe we would know a little more.

Maybe, just maybe, Monte will open up the Silent to us and the general public in hopes of some increasing the sales opportunities since there won't be any other adult auctions for quite some time.

OK, This is the latest sales list, so it doesn't look as bad as I thought, still many good deals for buyers....

LatinPu$$y.com $135,000 ???
Had my ex gf known she'd charge by the minute :D

I think the surprise was transvestites.com for $37,000, a far cry from the $520k sale of shemale.com in the last auction.

As I stated on the other thread, $704K of sales was great considering that there were 4 other competing events going on at the same time.

Silent is running now and should do well next week as it closes. If anyone is interested in bidding, let [email protected] know.

Monte,

My tally from the Live Auction list is $682,225.00 while your total is $704k. Did a couple domains sell that were accidentally left off the list?

Out of curiosity, what were the other 4 events???
