The domain receives some type-in traffic, averages about 100 a month however a couple months have spiked as high as 500 in a month. I recently had it appraised by a "professional" and was suprised at how low it was appraised. So just curious what others think.

I regret not buying a TLD of the keyword for under $10k a couple of years ago, that's all I have to say. Good luck!

Thanks again. This is a long term hold for me, so hopefully over the next 5-10 years .us will really pick up and i'll make a little. I am just suprised at how some people view .us as being of such little value. Yes it's not a dot com, but they are far from worthless IMO...

Yeh, .us isnt doing to well at the moment in my experience so its definitely a keeper.

Id say around low $xx,xxx at the moment.
