Well I have had a few people offer informally 5 years so far. I wanted to put the minimum at $40k to get some people bidding. I am sure it will grow in revenue nicely over the years. Thanks for the comment

Fabulous works great I have found that some domains work better at different parking services though. Gambling and stock niche work great with fabulous. Those are the ones I am seeing the best productivity with fabulous.

A few people have asked me for current stats. I will get the latest stats up soon. Right now it's being tested at another parking service and the last few months I have been moving it around and changing the keywords trying to optimize it as much as possible. It seems the original setting works best so far.

From the source code, it looks like the page is set to an Ireit lander, so they may be testing the traffic before buying. Nice looking 1-click lander they have.
