Looked for rules about posting but it seems okay to post about .io. My names are at dictionarywords.io. I believe the .io extension is on par with .net and .org.

having one word and geo names tells me I may have a few sales before the year is out.
 
Yeah if you have good one word domains in .IO and .CO then great.

Otherwise waste of money. Go for the best domains you can in .com or ccTLDs.

Hi,
I think, all the .IO aren’t equal. If your dictionary words are 'suitable for .IO' then yes, you can expect some sales, may be some big sales!
