Hi all,
I am selling here the website www.iphoneforum.info
It is a 2 year old website, infact it is one of the first iPhone forums that were launched online (January 15, 2007), check out webarchive for more = http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.iphoneforum.info
At a certain point it had over 10,000 registered members, however I've moved the forums/database to a new domain name about 6 months ago and restarted this one from scratch. Since then I no longer maintain/check/clean it, so it's just sitting there doing nothing.
Nevertheless, it still has a very good SERP in Google, depending on the datacenter you're looking at it has SERP #4 to #10. You can check out the global SERP's for "iphone forum" here = http://www.seologs.com/data-center-check.html
Currently it is PR2, although it used to be a PR5, so definitely some PR loss there due to spam that keeps accumulating and pages that had to go when I moved the old forums DB.
There are still visitors, around 50-100 a day, and new members actually still register.
No revenue since I did not change the default template since relaunching it
Here are the worth estimates, according to 3 automated site estimate tools:
dnscoop.com: $318
estibot.com: $400 (http://estibot.com/results.php?domain=IphoneForum.info)
smarpagerank.com: $1,362 (http://smartpagerank.com/result.php?domain=http://www.iphoneforum.info)
Bottomline: this is a good, aged domain with a universal extension. I think whoever buys, cleans up the forum, installs a new template and monetizes it, can have a winner here. The fact that it's in top 10 Google GLOBAL SERP out of hundreds of iPhone forums out there pretty much guarantees growth.
