Iraqi websites

Just curious, are all websites from Iraq down or blocked ? I'm in China, and a lot of stuff gets blocked out of hand, so it's hard for me to tell.

Few of Iraqi website online, I'm a member of some Arabic ones. Some are pro war - most are not, sad days for all of them so I don't talk much there. Lots have been hacked into to.
