Is this term offensive, Irish bloke ? If not, and one of my irish friends here would like the name, i'd be willing to trade for a name you might like to trade for it....

It certainly is not offensive.

Bloke is a very common term in Ireland. I use it all the time.
(ie) I met some bloke in the boozer last night and he was telling me etc etc etc .

Howerver I do not see much value in it, to be honest.
