Two grim IRS agents travelled to Harv's Metro Car Wash in Sacramento to hand him a demand-letter for his taxes owing in arrears: $0.04 worth.

I don't know what's funnier... the fact that they're sending out agents to collect these taxes or the fact that the car wash was too damn negligent to pay them :lol:

If I were the IRS, I would have billed them for the agents' time as well. At least an hours' wages for 2 agents would be exponentially excessive to the amount owed.
