If so can you kindly reply to my emails. I have sent several emails to Monte, Glenda and "Your Escrow Team" whoever the hell that is, and so far have not recieved a single reply.

Not happy. Especially when most of the emails relate to an escrow transaction for which you are being paid 350 USD.

I've not had one issue when going through the proper support channels.

These were sent via the correct channels. In regards to the email sent to Glenda, she specifically requested this on a previous occasion.

In regards to the escrow emails, I was replying automated escrow emails sent by moniker, emails to [email protected] were bouncing so I contacted Monte direct.

I signed into this forum looking for the answer to this exact question! What is going on over there? MAYBE one out of every 10 emails gets an answer and then it's dropped again.

Let me explain how moniker works these days.

If they have an auction running (300 days of the year): you get no reply.
Else
If your issue is somewhat complicated: you get no reply.
Else
If you issue is easy to fix AND you issue is about you getting money: you get no reply.
Else you get a reply.

It is easy. Just email them that you want to auction adultcom or something like that with your actual question attached at the end of your email message.
