Is Bluray A Trademark?

Guys, I'm confused; is bluray a registered trademark?

I want to reg a bluray domain, so I just want to be safe first. When I searched, sony's trademark is dead. Is this true? Is it safe now?

I don't know, but on the logo is clearly TM...
Although, www.blu-ray.com is not from Sony...
I think "Blu-rayDisc" is the trademark...
