Do you think buying and selling celebrity domain names is ok?
I've seen several .com FirstName + LastName get bought by investors and my feeling is always that's it's a bad idea.
I do recall this interesting DomainSherpa with Jeff Burgar from Alberta Hot Rods.
If you are not aware Alberta Hot Rods has gotten numerous UDRP complaints from owning celebrities .com domains.
Jeff stated celebrities don't have any more legal rights to a domain name just because they are famous. I agree with that.
Even if you are right, if someone has more money to hire lawyer(s)... not something I want to mess with.
What do people think?
