whats a overture search tool? and where would i find a place to use one? im guessing there are sites with them? (sorry just joined here and i dont know much about domains yet)

Nah theres no money left in domains, but please sell me all your domains when you get out of the business

hehe.. Of course its worth it, its a lot harder these days but can still make a very good living from it.
