Is it legal to host copyright content at hosting site such as megaupload?

Got couple questions. Is it legal to host copyright contents such as movie, music, TV series at online storage site including paid ones? If I develope a site contain only links to those file hosting site, will I be sue by copyright owners?

I think you already know the answer, it's illegal. Even if just links, you can still get in trouble unless you have legal team to back you up.
